Talent Profiling System – (TAPS)

The Hospitalitist offers a platform for young people who want to develop based on hospitality in the form of flexible work and helps them to reach their full potential through training and guidance.

Hexapole Automatisering can help with this in the form of developing custom software, the Talent Profiling System (TAPS).

The Hospitalitist sets a learning goal together with their talents and helps them, through feedback, training and guidance, understand their strengths and areas for improvement. These training courses focus on hospitality, etiquette, self-reflection, communication, but they also organize training courses on wine and coffee, for example.

Phase system

Because development goes hand in hand with (personal) growth, The Hospitalitist believes it is important to also incorporate this growth into a structure. They work with a phase system, where each phase represents a new perspective and greater responsibility. Entering a new phase is in a sense a promotion given by The Hospitalitist, based on feedback from the Partners, other talents and commitment of the talent itself. To achieve this, motivation and interest are taken into account. and the talents that make each person unique; they are going to work on that.

TAPS

With the development of TAPS, Hexapole Automatisering developed a unique talent profiling system. With this system, data from the talents is analyzed, so that the personal development that the talent undergoes becomes visible.
